Calculating the costs, and payment terms.
Stays must be for a minimum of 3 nights. Determine the cost from the table. If your stay crosses two date ranges, use the proportion of each. These prices are for the apartment for up to 4 people; for parties of 5 or 6 please add £15 or £30 respectively to the total.
Please pay a booking deposit of £100 when the booking is made. The balance should be paid at least four weeks before your stay and should include a £100 refundable security deposit. Payments can be made in pounds or the equivalent amount in euros.
Please also be prepared to pay (on arrival) the management representative a fee of 60 euros to cover the changeover costs. This charge is not dependent of the length of your visit.
Apart from that, these prices include: bed linen, towels, cleaning, all utilities, and a ‘welcome pack’ of those essential food items.
We will arrange for you to be met at the resort entrance and taken to the apartment; alternatively we can arrange for you to be met at the airport (for a small extra charge).
The management representatives live on site and will be happy to help with recommendations for trips, restaurants, taxis and so on.
