Your accommodation is in a south-facing top floor apartment, with a magnificent roof terrace and is just a 10 minute walk from the clubhouse.  It has full air-conditioning and central-heating.

The front door leads into the lounge/dining area, off which are the kitchen and a corridor to the two bedrooms and bathrooms.  Patio doors from the lounge area lead on to an outside terrace with dining table and chairs,  which overlooks the community swimming pool.  Please note that the pool is covered during the winter months.

Both bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, can be configured in advance with king-size or twin beds in either room, making it suitable for families or groups; in addition, the sofa in the lounge converts to another double bed, giving space for up to 6 people in total.  Extra facilities available include a safe and a hairdryer.    

In the lounge area you will find a flat-screen TV and DVD player;  several UK channels are available as well as a number of European digital channels.  There are a selection of DVD’s, books and board games.

The kitchen has all the usual fixtures and appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher.

Stone stairs lead up to the roof terrace (beware - some apartments have metal spiral staircases).  This covers more or less the same floor area as the inside of the apartment, so there is plenty of space!  We have recently added a large pergola, which gives welcome shade during the day and contains lighting for the evening time.  You will also find a built in bar with fridge, another dining table for 6, sun-loungers and a barbecue.  

This apartment block is one of several built on ground slightly higher than all others in the vicinity, so the views are outstanding.   As well as the golf course, you can see the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor  and  the apartment blocks at La Manga adjacent to the mountains of the Calblanque regional park.  Turn round and watch the sun setting behind the mountains of the Parque Natural de el Valle, just this side of Murcia city.
